Charging your device daily at a regular time is a good habit to ensure your device is functioning properly and ready to use when needed.
Charging your SolusGuard device
- Attach the powered magnetic charging cable to your SolusGuards panic button device.
- A solid BLUE LED will confirm your device is charging.
- Charge the device for 2+ hours or until you have a solid green light (full charge)
PRO TIP: When not in use, we recommend keeping your device attached to the charger.
If the blue LED is absent after 15min of charging check the following:
- The pins on the charging cable are in good working condition, with no visible damage or foreign debris. As well as no tears in the cable itself.
- The wire is connected to a working power source. Try a different power supply or connect your charging cable directly into a USB port on a computer.
- Try moving the magnetic connection between the cable and the device up/down and left/right.
- If the problem persists don't hesitate to contact our support team.
