What is "My Activity"?

The "My Activity" section of the Mobile app not only contains records of your past alerts but also contains the group chat between you and your emergency contacts. Any messages sent out or received from an emergency contact will show up in this feed.


My Activity can be accessed from the home screen of the SolusGuard app.


Any messages or location updates from the user will appear on the right side of the feed while messages from contacts will appear on the left side of the feed.


If the user triggers an alert, a pink card with the alert details will appear in the activity feed. This alert card will remain in the feed after the alert has been ended.



Any actions related to phone calls will also appear in the activity feed with their own pink cards (e.g. a contact calls the user, the user answers a phone call). This helps keep all contacts in the loop about what's occurred during the alert.
