How do I add and manage my Emergency Contacts?

Access emergency contact management from the menu in the SolusGuard app. Tap the three-line menu in the top right corner, and then tap "My Contacts".

From here, you can add contacts by tapping the (+) in the bottom corner and then either choose a contact from your phone's contacts or simply enter the required information.

Pro Tip: When you add a contact this way, it automatically creates a SolusGuard account profile for that contact, so that they are able to access the SolusGuard app. When adding a contact, you should always let them know that they've been added and that they must download and log into the SolusGuard app in order to receive your alerts. 


You can remove a contact from your list, or enable/disable their alert notifications as needed, by heading back into "My Contacts" and tapping on the contact you'd wish to manage.

- Emergency contacts can Enable/Disable their own alert notifications from the "Teams" tab by tapping on the user they are following, and then the bell symbol in the top corner.
