What devices and operating systems are compatible with the mobile app?

Device Compatibility

The SolusGuard iOS mobile app is compatible with iPhone devices. The iPhone model must be an iPhone 6 or newer.

The SolusGuard Android mobile app is compatible with most devices that run on the Android operating system, including Samsung Galaxy smartphones, Google Pixel smartphones, and a variety of other devices. SolusGuard is NOT compatible with Hauwei phones. For the best performance, we recommend using Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel smartphones.

Operating System Compatibility

To be compatible with the SolusGuard mobile application, your iPhone must operate on iOS 12 or a more recent version.

If you are using an Android device, it must operate on Android OS 7.0 or a more recent version.
