What are queued messages?

Modified on Mon, 30 Sep at 11:43 AM

Queued messages are any communication trying to be sent by the satellite extender to the SolusGuard server. This could be a group chat message, an SOS alert, the start or end of a check-in session, a panic alert, or additional background information being transferred from your app to the SolusGuard server.

It is always best to allow your queued messages to run down whenever possible. To do this, find a spot with a strong satellite connection and wait a few minutes. You should see the queued messages start to go down.
